IT Support and Maintenance

We provide IT support for hardware, software, networking, IT security systems and user support to suit SME’s and medium Enterprises. Our services range from basic to advanced maintenance contracts including phone support, onsite and off site maintenance and repairs.

For instance you can opt for one of the following standard services:

  • PAYG (Pay as you Go) service with a response time of up to 3 days
  • NBD (Next Business Day) service with a response time of less than 24 hours
  • Emergency or same day service with a response time of less than 4 hours

These contracts can be tailored to suit the needs of the customer and are done on a case to case basis.
