For instance you can opt for one of the following standard services:
- PAYG (Pay as you Go) service with a response time of up to 3 days
- NBD (Next Business Day) service with a response time of less than 24 hours
- Emergency or same day service with a response time of less than 4 hours
These contracts can be tailored to suit the needs of the customer and are done on a case to case basis.
